Mujer con cabello largo y oscuro, vestida con camiseta blanca y una chaqueta azul, sentada en una silla, frente a una pared de piedra

For as long as I can remember, I have felt a deep curiosity about the world around me and a strong desire to understand it. Above all, to understand why we are the way we are and what moves us.

This curiosity has led me on an ongoing journey of exploration, living in different places and training in practices that support connection and awareness.

Pillars

#1 Interconnectedness

Our experience is shaped through the interaction between our inner and outer worlds; in the ongoing, dynamic relationship between all aspects of life.

#2 The richness of human diversity

My work is grounded in deep respect for each person and a genuine curiosity about their unique experiences. I aim to offer support that honours each person’s identity, background and individual path.

#3 Belonging as a fundamental need

We need both physical and emotional safety, as well as meaningful connections, in order to thrive. Our experiences and relationships shape how we see ourselves, others and the world around us.

#4 Making the unconscious conscious

Many of our automatic reactions are shaped by social conditioning, trauma and early life experiences. While these responses may be protective, they often become limiting over time. Becoming aware of these patterns can open up greater freedom and choice.

#5 The wisdom of the body

The body is a source of insight and vitality. However, we often lose connection with it through criticism, injury and/or traumatic experiences. Relearning how to listen to and trust the body can support greater wellbeing, aliveness and pleasure in our lives.

More about me

While completing a Master’s degree in Clinical Neuropsychology, I realised that an academic career would not fulfil me. Then, one morning on my way to the lab, I had a cycling accident that required months of recovery and became an unexpected turning point and changed my relationship with life.

Not long after, I moved to Berlin, where I co-founded Ōsmos Studio. A space that became a refuge and meeting place for many people with similar questions and longings.

Living abroad for many years taught me about the importance of chosen family and deepened my interest in how people adapt, grow and move forward through change and difficulty. It also showed me how distance and being in touch with different ideas and cultures can be an invitation to know yourself better and question what you once took for granted.

Today, from El Bierzo, I continue to accompany people. Coming back has been a way of integrating what I have learned and grounding my work more deeply in a place and way of life that matter to me.
